Smear of the Nation

After the defacement, and dedickment, of Brett Murray’s “Spear of the Nation”, I got @pixellatedsushi to knock up this pacifist version. A homage to the flower power of the 60s. And a hope that we can use this to build our democracy, not screw it up again. I’m all for protest art in general, so this is great stuff. Obviously, if you feel you need to break the law, you’d better be ready to suffer for your art. But I suppose that’s why you need to protest. And shouldn’t stop you.
